Customized Prenatal Programming

We’ve got the right prenatal and pregnancy fitness programs for you.

Pregnancy comes with so many questions. Your body is changing, and it’s hard to know what you physically can and can’t do. Our Prenatal Fitness Programs will empower you to exercise and feel confident in your body, help you understand your limits and prepare you for giving birth.

About Our Classes

  • Class packages are offered at our Bedford location.

  • Bedford classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-8 pm.

  • Pelvico will provide all equipment used in class. You just show up!

  • We offer 10 and 20-class packages + monthly membership (our most affordable option)! View our pricing.

  • We do require you take a foundations class within your first month of joining. This is a one time fee of $35 that you can purchase with your class pass or membership

Class details

  • Prior to starting classes, you will take our “prepare” class. You have the option to try the prepare class and then decide to purchase additional classes or you can combine the prepare class with your class package. View our pricing.

  • Prenatal fitness classes will focus on strength and conditioning. You will use exercise bands, exercise balls, dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells.

  • Whether you’re four weeks pregnant or 39 weeks pregnant, we encourage everyone to join and customize our programs based on where you’re at.

  • Yes. As with any activity during pregnancy speak with your healthcare provider to determine if pre-natal fitness is a safe and good option for you and your baby.

  • Nope! Whether you’ve never worked out or are a high-level athlete your fitness journey is customized to your ability. Everyone is welcome.

  • We focus on strength and conditioning. This type of activity works to improve your cardiovascular and metabolic health. What areas we focus on while change and evolve based on your stage of pregnancy.

  • Wear what makes you feel comfortable and what you can move freely in. It’s important to wear a good pair of supportive sneakers. No one is here to judge what you wear! We have washrooms you are welcome to use to change your clothes.

  • Each class is an opportunity to work out and learn. We will provide you with education on pre-natal fitness and answer any questions you might have.

  • Some classes are as big as eight people and as small as two.

  • You bet! Train in pairs or maybe you have enough pregnant friends to fill in a class. Reach out to us and we can help you book.

  • Yes! Our Registered Dietician would be happy to work with you to understand and plan how to eat properly while you are pregnant.
