Our personal training aims to address the physical and mental components of health and fitness during and after pregnancy. Whether you’ve worked out your whole life or you’ve never stepped foot in a gym, we meet you where you are. Your journey is our journey, and we will come up with a workout plan that works for you. Note: training is offered for Pre-conception, Pregnancy (Trimesters 1, 2 and 3), Postpartum Recovery (Trimester 4), Core/Abdominal Rehab and Strengthening, and those who are further along in their Postpartum recovery and want more advance strength training and conditioning.   • We work with you and your lifestyle. If you want one on one training in our gym, we’ll do that for you. If you want a hybrid approach of one on one at our gym and then programming for additional workouts at home/your own gym then we can do that too!

  • With the Pelvico team guiding you, yes! There are many benefits to exercise during pregnancy.

  • Yes! We love working with athletes to meet you where you’re at in your pregnancy or postpartum journey to help you return to sport.
