Her approach is very movement-focused, with exercises prescribed or modified for each person based on their needs and goals. She loves working with active individuals and finding ways to keep them moving through injury.

As a part of symptom management, she implements a combination of dry needling/ IMS + estim, manual therapy, manipulation, cupping, and soft tissue techniques to take a well-rounded approach.

After five years in practice, she took her pelvic health levels and hasn’t looked back! Being able to acknowledge better pelvic health as well as treat the pelvic floor/deep core has amplified her practice and understanding of the human body.

She enjoys treating a wide spectrum of clients with a variety of conditions and being able to pull knowledge from the different aspects of her training. If your symptoms are holding you back from the things you love, she’d be happy to help!
