For those new to running or wanting to get back to running, this program is for you!

  • This program runs over 10-weeks

  • Two workouts a week at the Pelvico gym/outside training. Two additional workouts a week are provided for you to do from home/your own gym

  • Think full strength training and running plan combined

  • Whether you’re wanting to run a race or just run for fun, join us as we help you with your individual running goals
