  • Get access to workouts for every week of our pregnancy, a postpartum core rehab stream for vaginal deliveries, a postpartum core rehab stream for cesarean deliveries, postpartum advanced workouts for strength, postpartum advanced workouts for cardio, pre and postnatal education, recipes and more for only $20 USD/month

  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    At Pelvico Health Centre, we value your time and strive to keep appointments accessible for all clients.
    To help us provide consistent, high-quality care, please review our cancellation policy below.

    Late Cancellations/No-Shows/Late Arrivals

    • We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment (including weekends).

    • Missed or late-cancelled appointments are subject to a 50% fee.

    Multiple Late Cancellations

    • After three (3) late cancellations for any reason, the 50% fee applies to all future missed or short-notice appointments.
